was commissioned to develop the Balmain Store at Miami Design District in March 2025 in the new Global Store Design Concept. All General contract work and all fixtures & furnishings within the store interior & exterior were produced by ESEN.

250 Meters of Wall to Wall carpet, 15 feet Velvet curtains in custom color, Vertical LED Lighting accenting curtain profiles throughout the store.
